Return Policy

Alessi offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. This policy explains the return window, item condition requirements, how to start a return, refund timing, exchanges, and how to contact us for help.

30 Days Free Returns

We want your order to feel right for your home. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery through our 30 Days Free Returns service.

  • Return window: 30 days from the date your order is delivered
  • Return service: Free returns for eligible items
  • Refund timing: 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in a condition suitable for review and resale unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
  • The item should include original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any included parts where applicable.
  • The return request must be started within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers must contact customer service first to receive return instructions and return details.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return depending on their condition, product type, or purchase terms.

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, or included materials
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items sent back without prior customer service approval
  • Items clearly marked as final sale, if applicable
  • Gift cards, if applicable

How to Start a Return

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return request
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send your item to a return address found elsewhere or to any address not provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Cost

Alessi offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible items. This means approved returns started within the 30-day return window are covered under our free returns service.

If a return is sent without first contacting customer service, it may not be accepted and may not qualify for free return handling.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–15 days if the return is approved.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If an item does not meet the return eligibility requirements, we may contact you before completing the refund review.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Exchange availability may depend on product availability and return eligibility. Our customer service team will provide the next steps after reviewing your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the details and provide the appropriate return or resolution instructions.

Final Sale Items

If an item is clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase, it may not be eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
